Ultimate Frisbee All players must remain in their end zone until the pull is thrown. At the start of the game, a toss decides which team throws the first pull. After a goal is scored, play stops. The team that scored stays in that end zone and throws the pull and becomes the defensive team. Things needed to play: Frisbee Players: 4 to 18 Gameplay Steps Starting the Game Teams line up at their respective end zones. The defense throws (“pulls”) the frisbee to the offense to start. Movement Players cannot run while holding the frisbee. Advance by passing to teammates. Pivoting on one foot is allowed while holding the frisbee. Scoring A point is scored when a player catches the frisbee in the opposing team’s end zone. Turnovers Occur when the frisbee is dropped, intercepted, thrown out of bounds, or not caught within 10 seconds (stall count). Chalkos Similar to the game of horse played with a basketball. One target area was determined for where the individual would jump. Each player creates a different-sized O with their chalk and then attempts to jump into the circle. Things needed to play: Chalk Players: 2 to 10 Determine a place to jump from. Draw circles of varying width to see if you can jump in them without falling. Earn a letter if you miss. You are out when you get to Chalko.
